The Straightforward Winter Retreat is right around the corner!  We'll be heading up to the Tahquitz Pines Camp during the long MLK weekend, January 16-19 (Friday-Monday).

Nick Tawa, CBC's new young adult pastor, will be speaking from the book of Proverbs on the meaning of biblical friendship.  Nick has a love for God's Word and is an honest and powerful preacher.  I think his passion for the subject matter and his own life experiences will make for a truly meaningful experience for our youth.
